Explain what you feel is the meaning of “There is no “I” in team”:

“I play a sport that requires 15 players at a minimum. Also being a captain of a sports team, I must know there is no “I” in team. Not one person can make or break a team. When I talk to a newspaper reporter and they ask me what was the highlight of the game, I tell him or her about everyone’s highpoint, not just my own. Without the contribution as a whole there would be no successes. Not one person can win a baseball game, we need hitting, pitching, fielding and other aspects of the game, not one person can do all this alone. Team playing is also vital in other things. Being a team player and knowing that everything is not about yourself will not only make yourself more successful but the team as well.”
