Whether on the field or in the classroom, Jerry Gardziel’s personal philosophy was, "there is no ‘I’ in TEAM." This scholarship is awarded to student-athletes that best exemplify the qualities of teamwork, dedication, and a commitment to excellence on and off the field.

All of these qualities were demonstrated by Jerry Gardziel throughout his life. The scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors in the Prince William County school system. A portion of the proceeds from the Jerry Gardziel FALL CLASSIC benefits these student-athletes.
